When it is time for the virtual meeting, supervisors should attend first to let the rest of the users in.
To Join a Virtual Meeting:
- On the Virtual Meetings page, click the eye icon next to the meeting that is about to start.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Continue on this browser
- Open Microsoft Teams
- Click the camera icon and the mic icon to open the camera and the mic connected before joining the meeting.
- Choose a background filter if you want.
- Click Join now.
Note: If you choose Continue on this browser, you will enter as an attendee, so use the sign-in link if you are an organizer, or have a Microsoft account accredited.
