Internal Support

The Internal Support page is a good option for schools to have a support system for technical issues, maintenance, etc. An internal ticket system helps the school record the issues and organize the workflow.

Internal Support Page Contents :
  • The Submit New Ticket button to add a new support ticket.
  • The Tickets Senders Settings button to choose who is allowed to send tickets.
  • The Tickets Recipients Rating button to evaluate ticket recipients.
  • The Tickets Recipients Settings button to choose who is responsible for receiving tickets.
