The HP Classeasy Support page allows you to contact HP Classeasy support team to guide you and solve your requests.
To Submit a New Support Ticket :
- Click the Submit New Ticket button on the HP Classeasy Support page.
- Select the ticket type: Problem / Suggestion / Inquiry.
- Select the Module.
- Select the priority level of the ticket.
- check the ticket topic’s level checkbox (General/Schools Related Issues).
- Type a subject for the ticket.
- Write down the description of the support ticket.
- Copy the link of the page you want to inquire about.
- Add attachments explaining the topic of the support ticket (often an image/video).
- Click Submit to submit your ticket.
