To Add a Course :
- Select the course category.
- Type a title for the course.
- Type the secondary language title for the course.
- Type the course number.
- Select the level for the course.
- Choose a course template from the drop-down list.
- Type the order of the course in the report card.
- If you are going to apply for school GPA, you need to fill in the Credit Hours option, as it’s related to the GPA equation.
- Add a pass mark for the course. This option is related to the student’s course failure report.
- Check the Hide In Grade Reports checkbox to hide the subject from the report card.
- Choose an icon for your course.
- Click Add.
Choose course template from drop-down list.
What is course template mean ?
If you link each course with template .Teacher can benefit from it to have a ready standards and goals.
Therefore, teacher can use it in exam to link questions with standard to obtain statistics and reports.
You can refer to the exam module for all the details.
Note : you can create your own school standard form course management.
The order of the course in the report card.
If you are going to apply school GPA in school you need to fill this option because it's related to GPA equation.
Some school need this option because it's related to the final mark equation.
This option related to student's course failure report
when you apply school report card, So you need to add pass mark for the course. to know these courses.
This option is to hide subject from report card.
Maybe it's elective subject for example.
