Guardians accounts can view all the accounts of the students linked to them. That is why it is important to link them with their kids’ accounts. You can link the student and the parent whenever you are adding any one of them or even after that.
Classera system enables us to control adding users as guardians on the main platform through the system administrator’s account, thus following some steps:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the user\u2019s dropdown menu from the sidebar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the Guardians button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Adding Guardians<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

    1.Click on the user\u2019s dropdown menu from the sidebar.\u00a0 Utilisateurs <\/strong>>> Parents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The system navigates to the main screen with guardians\u2019 settings, containing various tabs: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          • Students. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Students without Sections <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Guardians. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Teachers. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Supervisors. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Management. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • King Coaches. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The screen contains a table with data of all guardians on the main platform and their search engines by various methods like ID number, username, school, and guardian’s name. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            1. Le bouton Ajouter un parent<\/strong> pour ajouter des parents individuellement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Le bouton R\u00e9initialiser les mots de passe<\/strong> pour r\u00e9initialiser les mots de passe de tous les comptes parents \u00e0 celui qui est choisi par le syst\u00e8me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Le bouton Lien \u00e9l\u00e8ves parents<\/strong> pour lier les parents aux comptes de leurs enfants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Les champs Rechercher<\/strong> pour rechercher un parent sp\u00e9cifique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            5. Une table de tous les parents de LMS avec leurs donn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            6. Une colonne Action <\/strong> du tableau dans laquelle vous pouvez afficher, modifier et supprimer les parents. Une petite fl\u00e8che pour afficher d\u2019autres options, telles que \u00c9l\u00e8ves<\/strong> o\u00f9 vous pouvez afficher les \u00e9l\u00e8ves li\u00e9s au parent et les dissocier.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. The system moves to the screen for entering guardians’ data to be inserted as follows in their respective fields: <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  • Enter the guardian’s ID number. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • The user’s name is automatically filled by the system and can be changed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Insert the guardian’s username. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • The guardian’s password must be set. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Enter the guardian’s first name. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Enter the middle name. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Enter the grandfather’s name. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Enter the guardian’s last name. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Select the gender from the dropdown menu (Male \u2013 Female). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Enter the guardian’s date of birth. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Enter the email and complete the remaining data. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Note<\/strong>: User access to the system can be controlled based on management decisions by clicking on the\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Restrict login<\/strong> button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • Choose the user’s nationality from the nationality dropdown menu. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • A specific file for the guardian can be uploaded by clicking on the Choose File button and inserting it. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • After finishing, click on the Submit<\/strong> button. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Note: All guardians’ data can be added from the student addition sheet once.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
