Use the <strong>To <\/strong>dropdown to specify the recipient group or category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">5. Under <strong>Students<\/strong>, you can either <strong>Select All<\/strong> or manually select specific <strong>Stages<\/strong> and <strong>Levels<\/strong> to narrow down the recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">6. Review the selected students listed below in the <strong>Selected Students<\/strong> section to confirm your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">7.
