This feature enables you to reserve an appointment with any user, schedule your available time so other users can know when to reserve appointments with you, view the school appointments, and set the settings of this feature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To Schedule Your Available Time:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the Appointments<\/strong> tab from the main menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the My Appointments<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the Add Schedule<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Set the date range in the From<\/strong> and To<\/strong> fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select the days. (You can choose more than one.) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Specify who can reserve an appointment with you during this available time from the list box. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Specify time period in the From<\/strong> and To<\/strong> fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Select the appointment type using the radio buttons (in person or online). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Type the number of appointments you want to have during the set time. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Type the number of attendees. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Type any notes if needed. (Optional) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Click Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
