The Contents Reports<\/strong> page is an excellent option to access and filter support ticket reports, allowing teachers to categorize and refine searches based on ticket type, subject, and related content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To use this screen effectively, follow these steps<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the Contents Reports <\/strong>option from the main menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click the Contents Reports<\/strong> button to access detailed reports of support tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Check the colored status indicators to view the total numbers of Open<\/strong> and Closed<\/strong> tickets as hown on top of the screen above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Use the Ticket ID<\/strong>, Subject<\/strong>, and School<\/strong> fields to filter specific tickets, and click the Search<\/strong> button to display the results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Use the dropdown menu All<\/strong> to refine your search by selecting categories such as Messages<\/strong>, Libraries<\/strong>, or Notifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. For more advanced filtering options, click the Advanced Search<\/strong> dropdown to access additional fields. Enter criteria for Ticket ID<\/strong>, Subject<\/strong>, School<\/strong>, Sender<\/strong>, and Date<\/strong>, and then click the Search<\/strong> button to refine your results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
