The system allows you to add schedules for sections, lectures, and subjects on the main platform through the system administrator account, following these steps:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the courses<\/strong> management<\/strong> drop-down from the sidebar menu.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the S\u00e9ances<\/strong> button to navigate to the screen for lectures and their content.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. The main lectures screen contains different tab labels:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        • Add<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Add Bulk lectures<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Manage Timeslots<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Schedules<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Alternative<\/strong> Teacher<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • More Actions.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          It also contains search engines for teachers, level, course, and section. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          My Schedule<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

          1. Click on the My Schedule<\/strong> button.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. The system moves to a screen containing the Create schedule tab and a list of all schedules on the platform<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Click on the Create<\/strong> schedule<\/strong> button.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. The system moves to a screen containing the Manage timeslots<\/strong> tab.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Note<\/strong>: The user must ensure linking timeslots with levels to build the correct timetable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • Select school working days by clicking on each day.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Specify school break periods.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Specify the maximum consecutive lectures for a teacher.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Specify the session quota for each subject per week.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Click on the ‘Save School Settings’ button and proceed to the next step.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        • Specify the teacher’s free times.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
