The Virtual Meetings screens provide a platform for organizing, managing, and accessing virtual meetings. Users can search for meetings, view schedules, customize displayed data, and export meeting details, ensuring effective collaboration and streamlined meeting management.

To use the Virtual Meetings screen effectively:

  1. From the main menu, click the Virtual Meetings button.
  2. Enter the Title or Starting Time of the meeting you want to search for in the provided fields.
  3. Click the Search button to filter the list of meetings based on the entered criteria.
  4. Use the Rows button to adjust the number of displayed meetings.
  5. Click Export to download the meeting data in a preferred file format for external use.
  6. Use the Customize columns button to select and display specific fields in the table.
  7. Select meetings using the checkboxes and click Delete Selected to remove them if necessary.
