The School Clinic screens provide a comprehensive platform for managing student health and medical data. Users can access medical records, handle clinic transfer requests, and manage diagnosis reports. These screens include search, filtering, and export functionalities, ensuring efficient healthcare record-keeping and streamlined clinic operations

To use the School Clinic screen:

  1. From the main menu, click the School Clinic button.
  2. Click Medical Records to view or update a student’s health records and medical history.
  3. Select Clinic Transfer Requests to manage and process requests for transferring students between clinics or to external healthcare facilities.
  4. Use Diagnosis to record or review medical diagnoses and recommendations provided by the school clinic.

To use the Medical Records screen:

  1. From the main menu, click the School Clinic button and select Medical Records.
  2. Enter search criteria such as Number, Name, or School in the respective fields to filter medical records.
  3. Click the Search button to display the relevant results based on the entered criteria.
  4. Use the Advanced Search dropdown for additional filtering options to refine the results.
  5. Export medical records by clicking Export medical records as Excel or Export medical records as PDF for reporting or archiving.
  6. Adjust the number of displayed records using the Rows button.
  7. Use the Customize Columns button to choose specific fields to display in the table for better data management.

To use the Clinic Transfer Requests screen:

  1. From the main menu, click the School Clinic button and select Clinic Transfer Requests.
  2. Click Add Clinic Transfer Request to create a new transfer request for a student.
  3. Enter the desired criteria in the fields such as Number, Name, School, or Level to search for specific transfer requests.
  4. Click the Search button to filter the results based on the entered criteria.
  5. Use the Advanced Search dropdown to refine the search further with additional filters.
  6. Adjust the number of displayed records using the Rows button.
  7. Click Export to download the list of clinic transfer requests for documentation purposes.
  8. Use the Customize Columns button to modify the displayed fields in the table for easier data management.

To use the Diagnosis screen:

  1. From the main menu, click the School Clinic button and select Diagnosis .
  2. Enter the search criteria in the fields such as Student Name, School, Level, or Section to filter diagnosis records.
  3. Click the Search button to display the results matching the entered criteria.
  4. Use the Advanced Search dropdown to refine your search further with additional parameters.
  5. Export records using Export diagnosis as Excel, Export diagnoses to a single Excel, or Export diagnosis as PDF for documentation or reporting.
  6. Adjust the number of displayed records using the Rows button.
  7. Use the Customize Columns button to select specific data fields to display in the table.
