The School Group Absences screens provide tools to generate and analyze detailed reports of student absences for specific school groups. Users can filter data by semester, date range, and school group to track attendance trends and ensure effective management of student absences.
To use the School Group Absences Report screen:

- From the main menu, click the Reports button and select School Group Absences.
- The School Group Absences screens provide tools to generate and analyze detailed reports of student absences for specific school groups.
- Users can filter data by semester, date range, and school group to track attendance trends and ensure effective management of student absences.
- Select a School Group from the dropdown menu to specify the group for which you want to generate the absence report.
- Choose a Master Semester from the dropdown menu to filter the data by the relevant academic semester.
- Enter the Start and End dates to define the date range for the report. Use the Clear button if you need to reset the date fields.
- Click the Generate button to create the absence report for the selected criteria.
