Registration Forms

This screen allows users to manage and create registration forms. The Forms tab displays the list of available registration forms, and users can add a new form by clicking the Add New Registration Form button.

Adding a New Registration Form #
  1. From the main menu, click Registration then Registration Forms.
  2. Click on the “Add New Registration Form” button. 
  3. Enter the form title in the title field. 
  4. Click on the dropdown menu to choose the type of registration. 
  5. Select the type of registration: student or guardian. 
  6. Click the “Save” button.

Note: A ready-made registration form can be selected from the platform. 

Configuring the Fields of the Form:  #
  1. Click on the “Fields” button for the form. 
  2. The system navigates to the screen for selecting desired fields. 
  3. Click on the “Add Field” button. 
  4. Enter the field data as follows: 
  5. Enter the field title. 
  6. Enter the field title in the secondary language for guardians.
    Note: The field title must be entered in the secondary language for guardians due to language differences. 
  7. Specify the field type (text, file, etc.). 
  8. Select the verification type for the field from the dropdown menu to choose its display method. Note: Control over the field’s requirement can be managed as mandatory or optional by clicking the “Required” button. 
  9. After completion, click the “Submit” button. 

Note: Control over the fields specific to the registration form can be adjusted using the “Edit” button associated with the registration field, specifying its visibility or concealment. 

  1. Click on the “Edit” button for the field from the fields table. 
  2. Move to the edit screen. 
  3. Click on the “Required” button to clarify the requirement for guardians to input this data. 
  4. Additionally, any of these fields can be hidden or shown
