To Add a Clinic Transfer Request :

The school admin can view the students’ medical records and diagnoses, search for a specific student’s medical record and add new clinic transfer requests.

To Add a Clinic Transfer Request : #

Select the student from the drop-down list.
Select the clinic you want to transform him/her to.
Add any details about the transfer. (Optional)
Click Save.
