Forms

The Forms tool is used to participate in questionnaire forms or statistical studies that have been published by the school.  

To Evaluate a Form: #

1. Click Forms from the main menu. A list of forms appears to be evaluated.
2. Click this icon to view the form and evaluate it.
3. Click this icon to generate a report for the form.
4. Click this icon to export the table to an Excel file.
5. Click this icon to edit the form.
6. Click this icon to share the form.
7. Click this icon to delete the form.
