Clinic Transfer Requests

You can view the students’ medical records, search for a specific student’s medical record and add new clinic transfer requests.

To Add a Clinic Transfer Request : #

1. Click on school clinic from the main menu, then, choose Clinic Transfer Request.
2. Click the Add New Transfer Request button to open its dialog box.
3. Select the student from the drop-down list.
4. Select the clinic you want to transform him/her to.
5. Add any details about the transfer. (Optional)
6. Click Save.
